Fixed stars: Aldebaran and Antares

Aldebaran is the red eye of the bull. Its placement is 15-16 degrees of Taurus in the Sidereal (Vedic) zodiac, and 9 degrees Sagittarius Tropical (Western). Those born around the end of May 29-30th have their Sun conjunct Aldebaran. It is one if the four Royal stars. The four royal stars were used by the ancients to gauge the seasons….
